This memorial stone was the perfect tribute to my two cats. It’s great that it will survive through the heavy rains we get in the winter here in the mountains. It arrived in a relatively short time frame and I’m very pleased with the quality.
I wanted the stone to look like what they did on the website. I realize stones can be different but those that on the website look great and polished. The one my son received was not at all like what was expected. I was so excited for him to get it and when he sent me a picture of it I was stunned. Doesn’t look like anything on the site. Very disappointed.

If it's a matter of craftsmanship then I will certainly need to take that up with the workshop and send a replacement free of charge. If it is just an unexpected shape/color, then that falls within the terms and condiditons that customers agree to at checkout and does not qualify for replacement. The variety of our stones is well documented in customer review pictures and in the assortment thumbnail of product pages.
If the stone meets T&Cs but is just ugly, I can review that for replacemet too. Please email the pic or attach it to your review.
Very pleased with how Webster's memorial stone turned out. I chose upper case letters so his name would stand out and still had room on the stone for dates and my special "Mama's Baby Boy" tribute to him. Well worth the price for something that will last forever. Service was very fast and shipping was free. I highly recommend this product and company.
