River rock is a naturally occurring type of washed gravel known for its smooth, rounded texture and versatility. We hand select each River Rock to ensure only the highest quality rocks are engraved.

Shipping & Returns

Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If the product itself is defective or damaged during shipping, Realpetstone.com will replace the item at no charge. Please note, a photograph of the damaged/defective item and the packaging must be emailed to contact@realstoneengravers.com within 7 days of receipt.

Out Pet Memorial Stone

The stone color, stone shape, and lettering are beautiful! We noticed there are lines around the entire paw, name, and date, that make it look unnatural. Could it be the machine used to make the imprints? Could this be buffed or sanded out? The reasons I share this is because it does not look like it in any photo on your site and I have another stone from my previous dog without any lines around the engraved area.

Hi Ellen, I am sorry that you aren't totally pleased with the appearance of your stone. Please send a picture of the percieved defect to contact@realstoneengravers.com and we'll review to see if it warrants a free replacement. Each stone is sandblasted by hand so there should be no markings left by a machine. It is likely a natural characteristic of this individual stone. If that is the case, we cannot replace the stone. I'll keep an eye out for a pic. Each real pet stone is different and no 2 should be expected to match.
